Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and RunAround LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the RunAround mobile application or this website at runaround.help, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

The Service

RunAround is a personal case management app that helps you navigate agencies, benefits, and institutions. The service includes case tracking, AI-assisted guidance during phone calls, document analysis, and related features described on our website and in the app.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use RunAround. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Misuse call or recording features, including recording others without required consent
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the service
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

RunAround includes features for live call coaching and recording. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law before recording another person’s voice on a call. We provide tools to help you ask for consent, but compliance with recording laws in your jurisdiction is your responsibility.

AI guidance disclaimer

RunAround uses AI to suggest talking points, draft correspondence, and provide coaching during calls. This guidance is informational only. It is not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and communications. Do not rely on AI suggestions as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

Your data

Your case data belongs to you. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request export or deletion of your account and data as described there.

Intellectual property

RunAround LLC owns the RunAround service, including its software, design, branding, and content we provide. You retain ownership of the case information and content you create. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI guidance will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunAround LLC and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RunAround LLC and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your case data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE OF FORMATION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
