RunAround (“we,” “us”) operates the RunAround mobile application and this website at runaround.help. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our services.
What RunAround is
RunAround is a personal case management app that helps you navigate agencies, benefits, and institutions. Your case data belongs to you.
Information we collect
When you create an account and use the app, we store the case information you enter — contacts, notes, interaction history, and similar data needed to provide the service.
During phone calls, we process live audio for transcription and coaching. Raw transcript text is not stored. We retain only redacted transcript segments used as AI context.
We do not store copies of documents you upload. We retain extracted information from documents (OCR/analysis results), not the original files.
How we use information
We use your data to:
- Provide case management and interaction guidance
- Generate AI-assisted suggestions during calls and when drafting correspondence
- Maintain your case history and export requests
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention and deletion
You may request export or deletion of your account and data. Account deletion includes a grace period before permanent removal, in line with applicable privacy laws.
